  • Beschreibung: An old lady of high society, Alba d'Oltrevita (Lyda Borelli) enters into a pact with Mephistopheles (Ugo Bazzini), to regain his youth in exchange for which, however, she is forbidden to fall in love. Alba is courted by two young brothers, Tristan (Andrea Habay) and Sergio (John Cini). The latter threatened to kill himself if she did not love him: but she is not interested in Sergio, who then kills himself, and prepares to marry Tristan. At this point, however, Mephistopheles returns to take back the youth that he had given the old age and returning to Alba who had not complied with the agreement.
